Dear Jimmy Page! I wish you a very, very Happy Birthday! You probably don’t remember me, but I am that girl who handed you a demo tape of my songs (that I had ping-ponged at a portable mini 4 channel porta 😂😅) at the afterparty in the bar after your amazing concert with Robert and the guys in Calgary way back in... maybe 1999? I will always remember your kindness and warm spirit, when we met in the hotel lobby the morning after, I felt you were not a fan of the crowds either, and we gravitated and just started talking. It was such a beautiful little pause of time, to me it was one of those rare moments when you meet another soul that you can just hang out with and just be, and talk about just anything. And we talked about our Moms ❤️. We didn’t talk about music at all, and I am not a guitarrist at all, but the only finger picking I ever learned is ”Babe, I’m Gonna Leave You” . And you and Led Zeppelin music have been a great inspiration and ignition for me. Thank you for everything, your amazing music, fire and inspiration, for igniting and most of all for being You, so true, down to earth and kind.
